We're giving back to our community this fall!

We're giving away A Free HVAC system to a local family in need & a local charity this fall.

We believe in the strength of our community and the importance of giving back. As winter approaches, we recognize the significance of a warm and cozy home, especially for those facing financial challenges. That’s why we are excited to introduce Keith Lawson Services Gives Back, our HVAC System Giveaway program, designed to provide comfort and warmth to a local family in need, and a local non profit organization. (EACH SYSTEM is limited to a 5 Ton capacity).

We understand that not everyone in our community has access to a functioning heating and cooling system. The extreme temperatures of summer and winter can be particularly harsh for those without a reliable HVAC system. Our give-back program is our way of extending a helping hand to a deserving family and a local non profit organization, making their lives a little more comfortable, and ensuring they have a safe and cozy environment in which to live or operate their organization.

How it works:

#1 Nominate a family or non profit

Help us find the right family!

We invite you, our valued community members, to nominate a family or non-profit needing a new HVAC system.

Whether they’re facing financial hardship, have an outdated unit, or need assistance, we want to hear their story.

You may nominate a person, family or non profit organization by filling out the form below or by emailing: info@keithlawson.com.

Nominations for the new system must be received no later than 5PM EST on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Recipient Selection:

We will announce the recipient Before thanksgiving!

Our team will carefully review all nominations and select a family AND a non-profit whose situation aligns with the goals of this giveaway. The selected family and non-profit chosen will be announced on Thursday, November 21, 2024.

Please make sure your nominations meet the following requirements:

This is not a contest, and there is no purchase necessary.
We will be giving away two HVAC systems, one to a local person or family in need, and one to a local non-profit organization.
Our system giveaway is designed to provide a new HVAC system at no cost to a person or family in need who owns and lives in their home. And/ or,
To provide a new HVAC system at no cost to a local non-profit organization that is responsible for the repair and upkeep of their heating and air conditioning system. Certain other qualifications may apply.
The homeowner must own and live in their own home and be located in Tallahassee, FL and/ or within our service area, generally designated as 30 miles within our offices.
A non-profit organization must be registered with the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Florida as a non-profit and be located in Tallahassee, FL and/ or within our service area, generally designated as 30 miles within our offices.
A person or homeowner may nominate themselves.
A local non-profit organization may nominate themselves.
EACH SYSTEM IS LIMITED TO A 5 TON CAPACITY.
The entry period for making a nomination to receive a new system begins at 8AM EST on Monday, October 7, 2024, and ends at 5PM EST on Friday, November 15, 2024.
The recipient of the new system(s) will be chosen by Keith Lawson Services whose decision is final.

Recipients of the new systems will be chosen on Thursday, November 21, 2024.
Recipients must be willing to have their names or organization publicly announced by Keith Lawson Services.
All applicable laws and regulations stipulated by the United States and the State of Florida will be followed.

Qualifications to receive The New System:

Qualifications to receive a New System: Homeowner

The recipient of the new system must own and live in their own home in Tallahassee, FL and/ or within our service area, generally designated as 30 miles within our offices.
The recipient must be a legal resident of the United States.
The recipient’s home must be structurally sound and include systems (electrical, etc.) to support the new system.
The recipient must allow our technicians to inspect the home to make sure all aspects of the new system will function properly within the structure.
EACH SYSTEM IS LIMITED TO A 5 TON CAPACITY.

Qualifications to receive a New System: Non-Profit Organization

A non-profit organization must be registered with the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Florida as a non-profit organization and be located in Tallahassee, FL and/ or within our service area, generally designated as 30 miles within our offices.
The non-profit organization must be responsible for the repair and upkeep of their heating and air conditioning system. Certain other qualifications may apply.
The organization’s facility must be structurally sound and include systems (electrical, etc.) to support the new system.
The organization must allow our technicians to inspect their facility to make sure all aspects of the new system will function properly within the structure.
EACH SYSTEM IS LIMITED TO A 5 TON CAPACITY.
